Youth Development Pass changing to Full Membership

A reminder from Jennifer Keller:

There seems to be a lot of confusion lately around what to do when someone is going from a Youth Development Pass to a paid membership type.   This is NOT a Change/Upgrade.  The passes are NOT memberships, they are just free passes.  When this happens, it is a new membership and requires an App and they pay the enrollment fee.  You do NOT change the Youth Development Pass to the membership in Daxko either.  You set up a new unit (creating duplicates) and sign them up brand new under the membership type they want just like any other new unit.  Then I will combine the pass into the membership after I get the form.  Again, do NOT change the pass to a membership.  This messes up stats and doesn't work in Daxko because no balance is generated.  Please let me know if you have any questions on this.
