Youth and Government paperwork

Hey all,

Christy will be taking a kids to MN this upcoming March for a youth and government trip and possible to NC in June.  They may start bringing in the attached form soon.  For the time being any payment along with the form should be put in Christy's mailbox (please put any cash in the safe in an envelope marked "For Christy" and the form in Christy's mailbox with a note letting her know where/how mcuh the payment is so she know's where to look for it).  The goal will be to get something set up in Daxko so we can take payment at the desk when they drop it off, but this will be our process until further notice.  

If anyone calls in asking about it Christy is the point of contact to transfer them to.
