Child Watch Reservations

Please follow the following steps to putting children on the reservation list for Child Watch. There have been people put on the reservation list that are not paying for Child Watch, along with staff not being consistent when putting the children on the list, which can cause extra frustrations on both ends.

Ask for last name and first name of the child and look them up in Daxko.

Click on the account that comes up. If multiple accounts come up with the same name, ask for the child's birthdate to be sure you are selecting the correct account.

Verify that they are paying for Child Watch for 1 child or 2 or more children.

Click on MORE DETAILS (left top corner, 3rd row below the membership type).

If they are paying for CW, then ask them what time they would like and put their child/children and their ages in those time slots if available.

***This will help with proper spelling of the names and the correct ages of the children. Knowing the ages also confirm if a child can be in CW for 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours.

***2 months-14 months (1 1/2 hours a day)           15 months-10 years old (2 hours a day)

If they are NOT paying for CW, please inform how they can add that to their membership, but it has to be done in person, NOT over the phone.

***It is important that we are following these steps to be a consistent front when parents call in and better inform them on the process if they do not have the CW add-on.
