September Membership Renewal Letters

Hey all,

The renewal letters that were sent out for the month of September does not have the accurate price on them.  The batch was pulled before the price increase took effect.  If you have someone that argues the new total you can adjust the difference ($12) off by using the Membership - Prorate adjustment in Daxko.  All of these members (38 total) also received the notification of the rate change effective the beginning of this month, but because the renewal letter lists a specific price we have to honor that price if they ask us to.  

Apologize for any confusion as it was our mistake that the renewal letters were not updated.
