Child Watch Registration Procedure

Below is how the Child Watch Registration sheet will look.  This will be a Google Sheet that will be bookmarked on all of the computers at the desk as well as in the Child Watch room so they can verify who has a reservation (will be done by 6/12/2020).  Each day will have its own tab located at the bottom of the web page so be sure that you are on the correct day when making a reservation.

• • Reservations may be done over the phone or at the Member Services desk 24 hours before the start of the desired time slot and can be done up to the start of the time slot.  

  • Parent's with the 2+ Child Watch add on are welcome to bring multiple children as long as there are enough spots to accommodate there needs.  For example, if there are 9 spots currently reserved and a parent wants to drop off two children they will not be able to do so.  If there are 8 spots reserved and a parent wants to drop off two children they can.

  • Members can only use the service once per day per account.  For example, if one parent/guardian makes a reservation in the morning, the other (or the same parent/guardian) cannot make a reservation for that evening as well. 

  • Service only available to members that have the monthly Child Watch Add-On.  There will be no day passes sold for Child Watch. 

  • We are not charging the add on fee for Child Watch this month.  The current plan is to start to start charging for the service again in July.
