Paperless Membership Application Instructions

Please see the attached document for instructions on how to do a paperless membership application sign up. We are going to be doing a soft launch with this process as of today. While we work out the kinks and do training with everyone we will be having the member fill out a paper membership application with signatures/initials as well as having them sign electronically using the signature pad attached at each work station. As of Monday, February 10th we will not be using paper membership applications any longer unless there are technology issues. This will eventually make all of our lives A LOT easier, it's just a change and it may take some time to get used to the new process.
Please note. This process is only for Membership Applications. For all changes to memberships, cancellations, holds, scholarship applications, etc. we are still going to be using paper forms until further notice.
