Tours

When someone comes in and asks us to give them a tour of the facility we need to have them fill out a tour card.  We will then enter the tour cards in as a Prospect in Daxko by clicking on the Membership tab and then Add Prospect.  Make sure that you are entering in the areas of interest that they check off on the card and add some notes about your interaction with them.  This is INCREDIBLY helpful when it comes to following up with individuals that don't join so I'm not cold calling people with no information about what they like and why they were considering the Y.

Entering them in as a Prospect will save us time when they come back to sign up as well because when you search for them they will already be in the system.
