Membership Tags

Team,

When someone is adding on either the Upgraded Locker Room or Child Watch service please remember to change the Towel Service and/or Childwatch Service from No to Yes. By changing these tags it allows access to the Upgraded Locker Room and Child Watch areas when the member scans their card and also adds the "T" and "N" tags when a member scans in so we can tell if they have those services. 

To do this, click the Member Actions drop down menu -> Edit Member Information -> Member Engagement tab -> Change Towel Service/Childwatch Service from No to Yes -> Click Update.

This must be done for the active adults on an account for the Upgraded Locker Room. 

Children on accounts that have the Child Watch service also need to have their tags adjusted. This can be done by following the same steps listed above except instead of using the Member Engagement tab use the Child Care tab.
