Lark's Players and Coaches Memberships

Lark's Baseball season is starting next week, June 1st. Players will start coming to the Y this week. The players and coaches get a free basic adult membership to the Y. We don't let them upgrade to household or add on fitness locker room. They can pay the daily locker pass, if they want to use the fitness locker room. They are to only use the Y, not FW.

Kia will be in constant contact with the managers at the Larks. You will not be singing them up for memberships, this process only goes through me. The managers and Kia have decided on a process that must be followed by the players and coaches. Kia will be emailed a filled out membership application for each active player/coach on the roster, then activate them within 24-48 business hours, and let them know when the membership is active. Players/coaches are not to stop by the desk to sign up for a membership. If they do, please give them my card and inform them to communicate with Nate or Justin to email me their membership application. They have all been informed about the process.

The players will stop at the desk to take a picture for their account and also get a barcode.

If there are any issues with the players, please inform Kia.
