Cancellation and Changes to memberships

Remember all cancellations and membership changes must be made by THE END OF THE MONTH.  Any cancellations made on the first of the month or later will not be cancelled until the following month (meaning they will be charged for the month, but will have access for that month).  We have had to many people coming in saying that someone told them they need to cancel before the 5th of the month, that is not correct.  We send all bankdrafts to the bank on the first of the month, so that they can be drafted on the sixth of the month.  If you have any questions please ask Troy Bitz.
