How to handle candidates & new employees

Please make sure when candidates come in to interview that you ask them who they are interviewing with, then call that manager, and have them wait at the tables up front.  Do not let a candidate in the building unaccompanied and do not escort them to the manager's office.  Please wait until the manager comes to get them up front.  If they don't know who they are meeting with, call Stacey or Brad in HR and we will figure it out.  Also when new employees come in to do paperwork, please follow the same process - find out who they are meeting with to do the paperwork (it's always the hiring manager or Brad or Stacey), and have them wait out front while you call that person to come up front to get them.  We don't know who these people are, many are not members, and we haven't always run background checks on them when they come to meet us.  Thank you!
