Guest Fees

Just a reminder if someone comes in and states they have bought a guest pass earlier in the day we need to verify that by either seeing the receipt and verifying that it was purchased the day of or look up their transactions in Daxko on their profile. Once a transaction is processed it is posted instantly to the transactions page on their profile. If it doesn't appear on that page there are only two possibilities one is that they have a duplicate profile and the transaction was done on the other one (If this is the case make sure you notify Keller to merge the accounts) or two that they did not purchase a pass and are trying to pull a fast one. If they are trying to pull a fast one please put a red alert on their profile so we can tell if they are trying this often.
I had a guest try to pull this on me at the West desk this morning so I think it may be common knowledge that we have not been checking this thoroughly in the past.
If you are selling a guest fee please get in the habit of asking them if they are coming back later in the day. If they are, print them a receipt to speed up the process when they come back later that day.
