Annual corporate renewals, must verify expiration date

corporate discount and whenever you renew an annual membership that has a group id in there that could also be used for payroll deduct, CCC changes the expiration date to 9/1 and prorates the annual amount.  The desk needs to change the expiration date when it pops up to whatever it should be (one year from current expiration date) and then the correct amount will come up.  If something looks weird, it probably is.  Please check the expiration date when renewing it should always be one year from current date.

The reason for this is that for payroll deductions, the expiration date is always Sept. 1.  This is because Sept. 1 is when we do rate changes.
