Insanity Bootcamps

I wanted to let you know that registration for INSANITY ROUND 3 will go live today at 3pm.  It can be done online or at the MSD.  There are 3 different classes M/W at 6:30pm.  T/TH at 5:45am and 12:15pm.  It starts January 7th and runs for 6 weeks ending the week of February 14th.  Cost is $60 for Member and $90 for non-member.
