Household Membership Definition

Hey all,

The Board approved membership definition for a Household membership of any kind (Single Parent, Senior, etc) states the following:

Two adults residing in the same residence and children up to the age of 23.

It does not mention anything about requiring to be a dependent. As long as the child is living with them, they can be on the account.  

We run into issues with this every summer when younger brother/sister, niece/nephew or grandson/granddaughter comes to live with a relative for the summer.
