Intercultural Festival

Hey all, 

We will be one of the host sites for the Missouri River Intercultural Festival this year!  As of right now we are hosting to events here at the Y.  The first will be Sunday Sept 15th.  This event will have food, performances, crafts, music and vendors and is free to the public to come.  It will run from 1-6  We will be reserving McDowell basketball courts for this event.  For those of you that work on the 15th please keep an eye on them during set up if you can.  They know they only have McDowell and can't spill out into Johnson.  They will be bringing in tables/chairs on Saturday evening but will not set up until Sunday morning. 

The second event will be a Intercultural Potluck which will be held in the Y Gym on Saturday September 21st from 11-1 PM.  This event is free to the public as well.  Those who are attending are encouraged to bring a dish to share with the community.  Set up for this event will begin Saturday morning at approximately 9 AM.

There is a possibility that we will be having a couple of smaller events here during the week as well but nothing has been confirmed yet.  If there are any additions to what is planned or any changes I'll update it on here as soon as I get it.
