Personal Training Packages

Hey Team,

LaShae has asked that if we sell a personal training package that we print a receipt and put it in her mailbox.  She can then reach out to the client ASAP to get them in and going with a trainer.  On the receipt, please write the trainers name that the individual is working with or if they need to be contacted by LaShae or a trainer.  With it being the holiday season, if it is going to be a present for someone please right a note on the receipt so she doesn't call and spoil the surprise.  

A reminder, if they are new to personal training the client needs to fill out one of the Personal Training forms at the desk.
