North American Coal 5k run/walk

Here are the details of North American Coal’s fun run/walk on June 2nd, 2013.  We have 230 people signed up to walk (they probably won’t need a shower) and 40 people signed up for the run.  Most of the people live in Bismarck/Mandan area, but there will be a few coming from the surrounding area.  From looking at the registrations forms, I don’t expect more than about 15-20 people who might need a place to go shower. 

Please let any participant use our showers on Sunday June 2nd, 2013.  They should be in between 9:00 and 11:00 am to use the showers.  If you have any questions regarding this please forward them to Troy Bitz.
