Error in August's Insurance Reimbursements Visits

Just wanted to send an update so everyone can update their desk staff. We will not start hearing anything from members until around the end of September. 

There was a glitch, caused by me, in my file upload for August visits resulting in the file being rejected. As a result there will be no insurance reimbursements issued in September for August Visits and I will  resubmit everyone that qualified when I submit Septembers visits. 

Apologize for the inconvenience and assure them that if they made their visit goal they will receive the reimbursement.
