Member Pick up Stuff

Make sure that you are looking at the surrounding area of the member pick up file to make sure there isn't a bag or something like that for the member.  There have been a few instances where members have mentioned that they stopped to pick something up before and were told there was nothing there for them and it was actually sitting right next to the file box.
