Refer a friend Boot camp discount

Hey all,

Boot camp sale: $15 off October boot camp registration.

The boot camp promotion has an extra incentive for those that refer a friend.  After you have registered the member for their boot camp of choice if they mention they were referred by another participant click the $0.00 under Paid/Adj, select the Personal Training Discount, enter $10.00, and in the Notes: box type "Bring a friend discount".
