Promotion clarification

Team,

If an individuals account was cancelled due to NSF/no payment for their membership in the month of December 2021 they do not qualify to have the prorated dues waived as part of this promotion. They will be required to pay their past due payment as well as the prorated dues for the month of January. These individuals are considered renewing members not new members. We also can't reward them with a free month of membership because they did not pay for their membership the month prior. 

If someone has a past due balance from prior to December 2021 they would be considered a new member and are eligible for having the prorated dues waived through the 14th as long as they pay their past due balance.
