BCBS Insurance Reimbursement

Those of you that were around last year about this time may remember that their was an issue with Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursements for the months of November and December. It is looking like this will be the case again this year. They will still receive their reimbursements for each month if they meet their visits per month goal, however it may not show up until February. This is all on BCBS, we have no control over it. If a member that was previously enrolled and receiving reimbursements has any questions about it let them know that if they met their target they will get their reimbursement and that we have sent everything out on our end. If they have any questions beyond that they would have to contact BCBS for more information on when they would be receiving their reimbursement.
