Insurance Reimbursement Renewals

Members DO NOT need to go out to the NIHCA website to REINROLL if they are BCBS or SANFORD members they need to go to their insurance website to do this.
NIHCA is only there to INITIALLY ENROLL and to CHECK REIMBURSEMENT HISTORY.
We have updated our website with links for everything that we have available to us right now (Under Membership, then Fitness Reimbursement). Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) has still got their new site up and running so we do not have that information posted currently but will when it becomes available to us. For the time being those participants will have to contact their insurance provider directly with any questions about re-authorization/taking a new assessment.
If a member (currently enrolled in insurance reimbursement program) has gotten a new insurance plan/card, they can go to the NIHCA Rewards website and update their information there BEFORE 2/1/19. As staff we can also take a copy of the insurance card and place it Amanda Wimer's mailbox or give the member Amanda's contact information to assist them.
