Child Watch Reservations

Child Watch can be reserved anywhere between 1 second before the time slot starts and 24 hours prior to the time slot starting. For example, if someone wants to sign up for Child Watch on a Tuesday at 4:15 PM and it is Tuesday at 4:14 PM they CAN do this. On the other hand, lets say it is a Tuesday at 1:00 PM and someone wants to sign up for Child Watch on Wednesday at 4:15 PM. They cannot do this because it is over 24 hours before the registration.
