Cancer Survivor Participants

We are ending the 6 week session of our Cancer Survivor Program.  These participants were given a temporary pass that says Cancer Survivor program on it.  If anyone presents this to you at the time or membership they will receive free enrollment fee.  They must sign up within 30 days from Sunday April 7, 2013 in order to take advantage of the free enrollment fee. Please write on the application form, that we waived the fee because of the Cancer Survivor Program, put it in the comment section.
