Notes on accounts

Hey all,
Since we no longer have paper membership applications we need to be adding notes to members account if we are doing anything with the enrollment fee, if it is a special group (MHA, Marathon, Supervalu, etc) or anything else that is not normal procedure so Jennifer knows the reason for any exceptions that were made. We also really need to make sure that we are adding notes for any cancellation forms and changes made to accounts. Additionally, if you have a conversation with someone regarding a policy (cancellation policy, age policies, etc) please note that on their account as well.
