Family Guest Fee

Hey all,

I wanted to provide clarification on the Family Guest Fee.  The Family Guest Fee follows the same rules as the Household Membership types.  Two adults and all children living in the household up to the age of 24. 

If someone comes up and asks for a Family Pass we need to look them up in Daxko and verify they have everyone listed on the same account.  If there are more individuals wanting to be a part of the pass than are listed on their account we need to ask "Are the other individuals living with you?" 

If they answer yes, we need to get them added to their profile.  If they answer no, then explain that the Family Pass only covers individuals living in the same household.  The additional individuals need to purchase their own pass, whether it is Youth or Adult. 

One additional note, we cannot sell a Family Pass to a group of friends.  It does not work that way.  They each need to purchase their own individual passes.
