Group Fitness class additions starting 9/28

Below is a list of days/times and classes that will be added to our current group fitness class schedule starting Monday, September 28th. Updates to the Group Fitness schedule on the website and mobile app will be available by Friday. Family Wellness will be adding additional classes in the coming weeks but detail are not available at this time.
Pre-registration requirements and class size will all remain the same.
Final MVF Y starting Sept. 28th
Mondays:
12:15pm Ultimate Circuit – Jan (Studio 1)
6:00pm Step (instead of 6:30pm) – Shelly (Studio 1)
5:45 pm Cycle - Annette
Tuesdays:
8:30am PowerTone ends at 9:15am (shorter format time) (Studio 1)
9:45 am Silver Sneakers – Jennifer (Studio 1)
10:50 Balance Worx – Jennifer (Studio 1)
10:00am Zumba Gold – Kris (M&B)
Wednesdays:
12:05pm Yoga L1 - Maital - ALREADY ADDED
6:00pm Barre - Tareena (Studio 1)
Thursdays:
8:40am to 9:25am Body Attack – Sarah P. and Meghan G. (M&B)
Fridays:
12:15 pm Ultimate Circuit – Jan (Studio 1)
Saturdays:
7:45am Body Pump - Annette and Shelly (Studio 1)
9:00 am (instead of 8:00am) Step – Shelly (Studio 1)
10:30am: Body pump- Whitney P, Jayme, and Jen (Studio 1)
