Cashier checks and bank checks

Recently we have had two situations where a member has paid either with a cashier's check or via bill pay through their bank and their payments were returned. This is because they were receipted as EFT payments instead of as a check. If someone brings in a cashier's check, this has to be run as a check. Do not do EFT. Also, if a check comes in the mail from the bank but has the member's name on it, this is a check via bill pay and also has to be run as a check, not EFT. These checks do not look like a normal check, they are longer. The only checks that should be run as EFT are the normal personal checks. If you have any questions, let me know.
