Guest Passes

Team,
As of today (5/3/2021) guest passes have been reinstated. For those of you that have joined the team since guest passes have been unavailable see the information below.
Check to see if the individual(s) are in Daxko by searching for them by last name, first name.
If they are not in the system, all adults must have a photo ID on them and be screened through Raptor for sex offender status.
Once screening has been ran enter them into Daxko by clicking the Membership tab, then Add Unit, then select non member (all the way at the bottom). Enter their information like you would when starting a membership for someone.
If they are already in the system or after entering them in the system click the $0.00 under Balance Due on their membership profile. Click Add One Time Fee. Select the appropriate pass (Youth, Adult and Family passes are the top three one time fees in the menu). Click Add Fee at the bottom of the screen and then process the transaction.
We will also be allowing the 7 day and 30 day passes for Adult and Family's. With these we need to give the individual(s) a temporary pass to show us when they come in during their stay. These are in the form of a paper card. Be sure sure to clearly write the expiration date on the pass as well as adding an alert to their profile stating the date they bought the pass and when it expires (count the day they purchased the pass as day 1). Please note: the 7 & 30 day passes are good from the date they are purchased through the end of the 7th or 30th day.
