Phone "Night Mode"

Hey all,

We will be starting to put the phones in "Night Mode" at the end of the day each day and will need to take them off of "Night Mode" each morning.  Doing this will automatically let anyone that calls in after business hours that we are closed so they do not need to stay on the line waiting for someone to pick up.  To do this we dial 9860 to activate the service and 9860 to deactivate it.  This can only be activated/deactivaed at the East desk.  

It is very important that we turn this back on each morning otherwise we will not receive any calls.  I will be adding labels on the phones as soon as I can track down a label maker as a reminder.
