Monetary Donations Exceeding $100

Team,
Due to limitations to our software, please don't input donations over $100 at the front desk. If someone wants to donate more than $100 with a card, please put the card on file in Daxko and let Ally Carson know via email or note in her mailbox with the name and amount wanting to be donated and which card (if there is more than one) they would like to donation processed off of. If they have cash or a check, place it in an envelope in the safe with Ally's name on the outside and a note with the donor's first and last name on it.
Individuals can also make donations through our website (bismarckymca.org) by clicking the "Donate" tab in the top right corner of the screen, then "Click Here to Support Your YMCA". If they want to do this option, please help them through the process while they are still in the building. We never want to let a possible donation walk out the door and wind up losing it.

Step by step for online donation through bismarckymca.org
Choose a donation amount. They can select an increment listed or enter a different amount by selecting "Other"
Ask if the individual would like the donation to go to a particular area (LiveStrong, Parkinson's, Financial Assistance, etc.). If yes, check the "Dedicate this donation" box. If no, skip to the Pay section.
The donor can choose to pay the full amount now, our monthly on the 6th of each month for XX amount of months.
Enter the individuals personal information and contact information.
Enter a payment method.
Click Submit.
