DoD Membership

The DoD is redoing the way they handle new memberships now.  The new member has to be approved by the DoD first before they can be signed up.  They will then send Jennifer Keller all of the paperwork needed and she will put the person in Daxko as a non-member with an alert.  Once the alert is put on we can set them up for a Semi Annual, Household with Locker Room membership, with Child Watch optional if they have children.  Once the account is activated use the DoD discount group (or Membership - DoD Adjustment) to adjust off all charges.  The member does not pay anything for their membership.  

The only time we should have to deal with any paperwork is for renewals.  Jennifer Keller contacts those individuals ahead of time and they will bring in what is needed for them to be able to renew their membership.
