Calls from Police

Hey all,

If we ever receive a call from someone claiming to be a police officer, detective, etc. and they are wanting information on a member/guest please transfer the call to either myself or Tim Olson to handle.  We should not be giving out anyone's information over the phone to anyone.  If a police officer/detective is physically in the building and asking for information on a member/guest then we can share.  If they say it is urgent take down their contact information and then you as staff give either myself or Tim a call to pass on the contact information of the officer/detective and we will follow up.

If a police officer/detective stops by in person and needs information as long as they have proper identification you can share the information that they need.
