Cash Management

Team,

Our cash management skills are starting to slip again. Please keep in mind a few things:

• • Always double count the change you are giving back to someone

  • Use a calculator to figure out how much change to give unless you are 100% sure of your mental math skills.

  • If you are switching from one desk to the other close out at the desk you started your shift at and bring it with you to the other.

  • The West desk needs to be at $100 and the East desk at $250 to end the day. If you come up with a different amount at the end of the night double count it to verify. If you are over, put the amount that you are over in with your close out. If you are short, take from your close out to get the till to wear it needs to be.
