Equipment Sign Out Binder at West Desk

Hey all,

Just a reminder that there needs to be collateral exchanged for any of our equipment that is borrowed from the west desk and they have to return the equipment in order to get their belongings back.  We need to do this because some individuals have been leaving the racquetball area a mess and it makes our facility look sloppy.  

Collateral needs to be something of value that they will have to come back for.  Wallet, car keys, cell phone, jacket, etc.
