Bismarck Cancer Center Employees

Hey everyone,

The Bismarck Cancer Center will pay $300 towards memberships every year for their employees. BCC gives the employee a check to bring in to the facility they would like use.  Those members will bring in a check for $300. Scan/email a copy of these checks to Jennifer Keller to process.  Once the check has been sent to Jennifer please put it in my mailbox.  We do not need to mess with them at the desk.  If the member is semi-annual/annual, they are responsible for any remaining balance at the time they bring the check in.  Leave a $300 balance on the account and Jennifer will process the check on the back end.  If they are already set up as monthly, email a copy of the check to Jennifer and she will take care of what needs to be done.  Make sure the payment method on file is accurate for when they $300 check is used up. 

If a new person happens to come in, sign them up for however they want to pay (monthly, semi-annual, annual).  If they do not have an active membership when they come in, we will need to call Jennifer (ext 718) so she can put a balance on the account that is more than $300.
