Refunds for guest fees paid with credit/debit cards

Hey all,
Just a reminder that if someone is requesting a refund for a guest fee purchased with a credit/debit card that we cannot give them cash back. We need to either email Jennifer Keller to reverse the transaction, or fill out a credit refund form for them and put it in my mailbox and I will process it the next business day.
