Update to the Insurance plans we partner with

As of 12/31/2019 Regency and BCBS/MN have discontinued their insurance reimbursements programs through NIHCA. 

Added to the programs though are Midco and Portico. 

We will be updating the list of insurance providers on our website for members to view.
