Updating Payment Methods

Team,

When someone is wanting to update a payment method please make sure that they are not enrolled in our child care programs. Updating a payment for membership dues does not update their payment method for child care. To update a payment method for child care it must be done in person at the Youth Development Center. They need paperwork filled out for that card to be added to the profile. We do not have that paperwork at the Member Service desk and cannot assist them with that.
