Common Daxko/Procedure Errors in September

Team,

Below are some reminders based on the errors that happened in Daxko and procedural type things.  Please review them and ask myself, Sabrina or a Team Lead for clarification if you are unsure on something.

Sign-ups:

·         Make sure you are using the Membership - Enrollment Fee Discount adjustment when adjusting off the enrollment fee.

·         Make sure you are using the Membership – Prorate Discount adjustment when adjusting off the prorate amount.

·         If you waive the enrollment fee when there is no sale going on, I need to know why and who approved it. Leave a note on the account.

·         We need proof of fulltime college status at the time of sign-up for new College memberships, no exceptions.  You can have them email it to staff@bismarckymca.org while they are there or they have to sign up as an adult.  They can bring in their class schedule later and we can do a Change Form to give them the College rate. 

·         When signing up a new staff person, we need the staff rate sheet.

·         A new member either needs to sign electronically or fill out a membership app. If you choose Staff Override, they have to do a paper app.

·         Make sure you add the add-ons to the membership during the sign-up process so the member is charged.

·         Make sure you are choosing the correct membership type.

Changes:

·         All upgrades need to be charged for at the time of the upgrade.

·         We need Change Forms for upgrades and downgrades.

Other:

·         Do not change the Enable Reciprocity to Yes on Silver Sneakers. They do not get reciprocity. If they go somewhere else, they have to sign up there as well.
