Guest pass question

Hey all,

If there is a non member that comes in for a guest pass with a member  who wants to pay for the non member's guest pass with the payment method on their account we need to do the following:

- Make sure the non member is in Daxko on their own account

- Process the transaction on the member's account (only do this if the card holder or the card holder's spouse is present. A child cannot ask to do this for a friend.) 

- In the Notes section of the member's account write "purchased guest pass for (non members name)

- In the Notes section of the non member's account write "guest pass purchased by (member's name)

     - We need the notes in case there is ever an incident with non member being injured or having any conduct issues so we know that they gained access the proper way and did              not sneak in.
