Closing the building
Post date: Feb 25, 2019 10:43:53 PM
Hey all,
For those of you that work until close, I am asking that if your shift ends at 11 pm (M-F) or 7 pm (Sat-Sun) that you stick around and watch the exits to make sure people aren't doubling back through while the Team Leader/SOD walks through and clears the building. This is for safety and liability reasons.
When it comes to people in the locker rooms after the building closes, the Life Center will be walking through the male locker rooms before they leave to give people a warning to speed it up. If there are still people in there by 11:05 (week nights)/7:05 (weekends) PM we need to start getting firm, yet polite, with them stating that the building is closed, they need to wrap it up and head for the exit. If there is a particular individual that habitually is needing to be told to speed it up let me know so I can reach out to them.
The housekeeping labor budget is being effected by not being able to get into the locker rooms on time to do their work. We need to do our part to make sure that they are able to get their jobs done.
Any questions please let me know.
