Cancellations

When someone calls to do a cancellation please ask more questions. If they are in the Bismarck/Mandan area they need to come in and fill out a cancellation form. If they are out of town they can be forwarded to Dan or Alysha via e-mail or phone. Please do not send people to our voicemail that are just asking about cancellations on the phone. This causes members to wait for a info that could be given at the current time.
