YDC Visitor Log

Please read the message below from Mindy Garland-Sayler very carefully. We are required to follow this to a T. If you have any questions please let me know. 

Good morning,

Effective immediately anyone that is not a YDC employee must sign in and out of the visitor logs available at the entrance of each location if entering one of the facilities during business hours.

Because there are "back" entrances from the Y to the YDC, a file organizer has been hung between the two doors on the upper level as well as on the laundry room door on the lower level containing the visitor log so that you do not need to go all the way to the front YDC desk to sign in and out. 

Thank you for using these forms each time you enter and exit YDC facilities during operating hours and for making any of your staff that may access the buildings during operating hours aware of this update.

A friendly reminder that in order to enter any YDC facility during operating hours (6:30am-6pm Monday-Friday) individuals MUST have a cleared fingerprint memo from the North Dakota Criminal Background Check Unit.  Desk staff, please do not let anyone, including parents or staff in any side or back entrance.
