Team,
Starting Monday, May 3rd we will be loosening some of the COVID related restrictions we have in place. Details are below.
General Facility:
Signage promoting mask usage to be removed. Members are welcome to wear a mask if they choose.
Sneeze guards at the MSD will remain in place.
Drinking fountains will be available in the basketball courts, fitness center, etc.
Life Center:
All cardio equipment will be available.
Restrictions on pods/towers removed.
Aquatics:
There will no longer be a 50 person capacity in the Splash Center during open swim.
Group Fitness:
No changes at this time.
Child Watch:
Operating hours will move back to 8:15-12:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 4:15-7:30 PM Monday-Thursday
Parents will be able to drop their child off for up to two hours.
Children younger than 15 months can be in Child Watch for a maximum of 90 minutes.
Reservations will still be required. Sabrina will have the Google Sheet updated to reflect the time slot changes which will now be 8:15-9:15, 9:15-10:15, 10:15-11:15 and 11:15-12:00 PM.
When taking a child watch reservation going forward we will need to make sure that we are asking if the parent would like one or two hours (children younger than 18 months = 90 minutes).
Reminder: Make sure that you are putting down first AND last name as well as age when booking a reservation.
Employee COVID related policies:
We will no longer require the use of face coverings for staff starting Monday, May 3rd. If you choose to wear one you are welcome to do so. Please be respectful of co-workers who choose to wear or choose not to wear a face covering. It is a personal choice that should be respected.
We will also no longer be requiring the Daily Symptom Screening Log before the start of each shift. We will still use this as a guideline to check for COVID related symptoms to help determine what a staff should do if they are not feeling well.
