Legislators Special

Hey all!  

Every year we offer a special promotion for the legislators that offers them a four month membership (January-April) at a very discounted rate.  They have the option of either doing an adult or a household and may choose to do the locker room upgrade for an additional cost.  

Attached is the flyer that went out to all of the legislators on Tuesday of this week.  This special is only good through the months of January-April.  If they want to activate the membership in the month of December they have to pay the enrollment fee and they have to pay the regular rate.  There is no exception on this.  

As soon as January 1 roles around they may sign up and get the special rate.  The rates in the attached document are a flat rate so there is no prorate and it makes no difference if they sign up on January 1th or March 30th, it would still be the same rate.  If someone is wanting to sign up that late into the promotion we should explore other options for them to try and get them the best deal.
