EFT Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINER AND MEMBER MUST BOTH BE PRESENT FOR THE INITIAL SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY ADD-ON (EFT PERSONAL TRAINING).

Members can add EFT Dual Training or EFT Individual Training to their monthly dues.

STEPS

The member must fill out the PT Change Form on initial sign up (located in the bottom drawer in the folder labeled PT CHANGE FORM)

They must sing and date the front and initial sign and date the back of the form.

Look the individual up in Daxko.

Hover over '$51.00 monthly on the 6th' (not always going to be the same $$$ or same process date) just an example

Click on the 'pencil' at the end; shows up when you hover over the $$$ and process date

On the right side of the screen you will see three different dialogue boxes MEMBERSHIP, FEES, and PACHAGES.

In the PACKAGES dialog box click on "ADD PACHAGE".

Choose 1 of the 2 options for members:

    EFT Dual Training

    EFT Individual Training

If the individual is an Employee at the Y, Choose 1 of 2 options for EMPLOYEE members:

    EMPLOYEE ONLY---EFT Dual Training

    EMPLOYEE ONLY---EFT Individual Training

Click on the individual that is signing up for EFT PT

Choose Instructor

Choose Package (ex: 30 min/8 session-$225)

"Create prorated registration for current month" box will automatically check. Inform the member of how many sessions are left for the rest of the month and the amount due for the rest of the month.

Input clients first and last name with email address.

Sign the Agreement and waiver for them (after you have discussed it with them).

Click Register.

Take Payment.

Put PT Change Form in completed folder when all steps have been completed.

***If a member makes any changes to the EFT Personal Training, they must fill out a PT Change Form.

***If a semi-annual or annual paying member wants to add this to their payment, they need to visit with Kenton. We will not process that request at that moment.

***Any questions or concerns about EFT Personal Training/Personal Training please refer them to Kenton.

Regular Personal Training sessions can still be purchased by registering for them. DO NOT click on EFT options. EFT can only be done the way stated above in this announcement.
