Financial Assistance application reminders

Just a couple of quick reminders when accepting financial assistance applications:

• 1. Do not accept an application unless it has supporting financial documentation attached. There is a list of what can be accepted as income verification on the front page of the application if you are not sure or if the applicant asks what we need.

  2. It can take up to two weeks to process the applications so please make sure that we are not telling the applicant it will be done in a couple of days. There may be times that Kia or myself are able to get to them sooner than two weeks but it is not always a guarantee based on our workload in other areas.
